  • PRODUCT INFORMATION

    Pahacel Standard Absorbable Hemostats are sterile absorbable knitted fabrics prepared by controlled oxidation of regenerated cellulose.
    – The fabric is white pale yellow cast and has a faint, caramel-like aroma; it is strong and can be sutured or cut without fraying.
    – Box of 12 pieces sterilized each piece.

    SPECIFICATIONS

    – Material: Pahacel Standard made of Oxidized Regenerated Cellulose.
    – Bio-Degredability: Pahacel Standard absorbed by the body within 7-14 days.
    – Bio-Compatibility: Pahacel Standard is bio-compatible. ISO-10993 Bio-compatibility results are available.
    – Hemostatic Effect: Pahacel Standard provides rapid hemostasis within 2-3 minutes.
    – Irritation: Pahacel Standard do not cause irritation to applied body/tissue.

    INDICATIONS USE

    Pahacel Standard Absorbable Hemostats are used adjunctively in surgical procedures to assist in the control of capillary, venous and small arterial hemorrhage when ligation or other conventional methods of control are impractical or ineffective.
    – Can be cut to sizefor use in endoscopic procedures. Pahacel Standard properties can be tailor according to customer requests.

    NOTICE

    The product is sterilized by Gamma irradiation technique. The product has been sterilized, not re-sterilized. Do not use when packaging has been opened or damaged.

    STORAGE

    – Storage in a dry place, away from heat and direct sunlight.
    – Temperature from 15⁰C – 25⁰C
    – Do not use after the expiry date.
    – Shelf life 3 from the date of manufacturing.
